POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

Does my order require a signature on delivery?

Yes, you will be required to securely sign for your delivery.

What If I am not home when my order arrives?

Your parcel will be securely kept with DHL. Please contact DHL for re-delivery to be arranged within 5 days.

Do you post to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Do I have to pay International Duties?

On orders over $800.00USD please be aware that U.S. Customs and Border Protection may apply additional charges (Import tax & duties) to your goods upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. The recipient must pay these charges in full before the parcel will be released. For further information on these charges please contact CBP.
